Matte Melt Blown Filter Cartridge

What sets the matte cartridge apart is its outer layer — a specially treated PP cotton thread surface that intercepts particles before they penetrate the inner filtration structure. Inside, dense polypropylene microfibers are thermally entangled into a gradient density core with loose outer layers and a dense inner core. This dual mechanism of surface interception combined with depth filtration prevents surface clogging, greatly improves dirt holding capacity, and extends service life beyond what standard smooth-surface cartridges can achieve.
