Each filter cartridge is cleaned with 18 MΩ ultra-pure water to ensure the filter cartridge cleanliness.

The purpose of the wet process is to effectively remove fine dust, metal ions, natural oxide and organic impurities from the wafer by using chemical solution without damaging the surface and electrical properties of the wafer.
Chemical reagents in wet process technology are key materials for wet process in the electronics industry. Among them, the requirements for impurity content are extremely strict, so filtration is very necessary.
In order to remove metal ions, natural oxides and other organic substances on the surface of silicon wafers, chemical reagents are highly corrosive, so we choose corrosion-resistant PFA and PTFE.
The material ensures that the filter element is not corroded by chemical reagents during use, and the nano-level high-precision filter membrane ensures the filtration accuracy of the filter element.
Each filter element is produced in a clean workshop and 100% integrity tested, which can meet the high standard requirements of high cleanliness for filter products.
