PHFZ PP Pleated Water Filter Cartridge for Power Plant Boiler Condensate
PHFZ series Pleated filter cartridge is a kind of Pleated filter cartridge that can be washed repeatedly. It is all formed by hot-melt welding, with no secondary pollution and no media shedding.
It is specially designed for condensate refined treatment of power plant. According to the structure form can be divided into PHFZ-I (7 sections), PHFZ-II(4+3) and PHFZ-II(3+1) three types of products, the type PHFZ-II(4+3) filter cartridge is 40 “and 30” welded, is a total diameter of 69 skeleton product.
Application
Power Generation: Condensate polishing, stator cooling water treatment, etc.

Backwash water and air capacity: Under the pressure of 1.36-2.1bar, the backwash water of each filter cartridge is 0.45-0.65m3/h, and the backwash air capacity is 3.4-5m3/h, which can achieve the ideal effect.
A 600MW supercritical unit and a 1000MW supercritical unit with a precision of 4μm and 1μm 70″ filter cartridge are recommended, respectively. A 10μm filter is recommended for commissioning.
