High Flow Water Filter Cartridge Element Replace PALL Ultipleat
PHF series high flow filter cartridge adopts 6″ large structure with single open end and length 40″ & 60″. Gradient aperture structure, while ensuring the filtration accuracy,it also meets the flow requirements, high dirt holding capacity and high flow rate.
All connection use thermal welding, no any adhesive, has wide chemical compatibility, can be applied to food and beverage filtration.
Application
Microelectronic: Semiconductor, Data storage, Display industry, Ultra-pure water, CMP and wet etch and cleans;
Pharmacy Industry: Preparations filtration,Sterile APIS, Biological products;
Food & Beverage: Bottled water, Beer, Soft drink, Dairy filtration;
Power plant: Condensate system,recycling and reduce water;
Desalination: SWRO system, RO Plant;
Oil & Gas: Process water filtration;
Automotive: Parts washing, pre-treatment and Electroplating, Sealant, Paint and Coatings;
Product Features
- Large Filtration Area, High flow rate
40″ high flow filter flow rate is more than 60m³/h under standard conditions. Achieve high throughput and long service life.
- Multiple membrane material options
Membrane materials: The PP membrane material adopts unique multi-layer Nano fiber pleated technology to achieve a gradient filter structure, increase the dirt holding space, and significantly extend the service life, thereby reducing the replacement frequency and system cost.
- Multiple length selection
Length available: 20″(508mm), 40″(1016mm), 60″(1524mm)
