Pullner is a filter manufacturer, not a trading company. Our production facility covers 15,200 m² with 30+ production lines and cleanroom-controlled workshops. Yes, Pullner provides free filter cartridge samples for evaluation. Send your application details (fluid type, temperature, pressure, and required micron rating) and we will produce and ship samples for your testing. Standard samples are typically available for prompt shipment.

Pullner accepts small-batch orders with no strict minimum order quantity for most filter cartridge types. For standard filter cartridges, we maintain ready stock for fast delivery. Yes, we welcome factory visits at our production facility. Our factory in Songjiang District is approximately 30 minutes from the international airport. Pullner accepts multiple international payment methods including T/T (Telegraphic Transfer), L/C (Letter of Credit), D/P (Documents against Payment), D/A (Documents against Acceptance), and Western Union. Yes, Pullner manufactures custom filter cartridges based on your exact specifications. We can produce non-standard dimensions, custom micron ratings, special filter media (PES, PTFE, PFA, glass fiber, polypropylene), and custom end cap configurations across our filter cartridge range. We also offer OEM branding with your company logo on frames and end caps. For completely new designs, we provide 3D printing prototypes before full production.

Every Pullner filter cartridge undergoes comprehensive quality testing before shipment. Our in-house laboratory performs pore size analysis using a PMI pore size analyzer, flow resistance testing for elements from 10″ to 70″, filtration efficiency testing via IFTS single-pass test bench (0.5 to 150 micron range), and liquid particle counting across 6 channels. We provide full test reports and maintain complete batch traceability from raw material to finished product.

Yes. Pullner manufactures compatible replacement cartridges for major international brands including Pall, Parker, 3M/CUNO, HYDAC, Donaldson and Jonell, as a second source option. We match dimensions, micron rating and media type, but compatibility is not equivalence: every substitution needs a fit check against your operating conditions before it goes into service, and we will tell you when one is not appropriate. Lead times depend on the product type and order quantity. Standard filter cartridges in stock typically ship within 3-5 business days. Custom filter cartridges require 15-25 business days for production, depending on specifications and quantity. We offer flexible shipping options including air freight for urgent orders and sea freight for larger bulk shipments.
