Stainless Steel High Flow Water Filter

Stainless steel is specified when something about the duty rules out a polymer element: a working temperature above what polypropylene or polyester will hold, a cleaning regime the element has to survive rather than be replaced after, or a pressure the housing and element have to share. It is not specified because it lasts longer in general terms, and any supplier who sells it that way is guessing at your process.
