High Dirt Holding Capacity Filter Element — 130 Series
The Pullner 130 Series high capacity filter element is a large-diameter membrane cartridge for high-flow process liquid lines where filter change-outs cause downtime. It is built on a 130 mm outer diameter in 10″ and 20″ lengths, with a 334 single O-ring end cap and a flow range of 1–50 GPM. Four media codes cover different fluids: PFL (hydrophobic PTFE), PFLH (hydrophilic PTFE), EPS (PES) and HPPV (PP), rated 0.1–100 µm. The temperature limit is 80°C. Send your fluid, flow and current model for a fit check and quote.

Every change-out on a high-flow line is downtime: the line stops, the housing is opened and the elements are replaced. The 130 Series reduces how often that happens by carrying more media per element. Its 130 mm outer diameter holds more filtration area than a standard-diameter cartridge of the same length, which is where its dirt holding capacity comes from.
Media is selected by fluid from four codes: PFL (hydrophobic PTFE), PFLH (hydrophilic PTFE), EPS (PES) and HPPV (PP), with ratings from 0.1 to 100 µm. Lengths are 10" and 20", on a 334 single O-ring end cap with silicone, NBR, Viton or EPDM seals. Flow runs from 1 to 50 GPM. Rated limits are 4 bar at 21°C and 2.44 bar at 80°C, with an 80°C maximum temperature. Elements are produced in a cleanroom, integrity-tested and made under ISO 9001.
Choose the 130 Series when flow and change-out interval drive the specification. For standard-diameter housings, compare the membrane filter cartridge range; for large-flow pre-filtration, see cartuchos filtrantes de alto caudal. The 130 mm body needs a housing that accepts it, so include your housing details with the inquiry.
Who it is for
Process engineers and maintenance teams on high-flow liquid lines who want fewer change-outs, and system integrators specifying large-diameter elements.

Can the 130 Series replace the element we run now?
It is a replacement option where your housing accepts a 130 mm OD element in 10" or 20" length with a 334 single O-ring end cap. Send the current model, housing details and fluid. Dimensional fit is checked first; performance is confirmed by a sample or trial on your line.
How is it validated before switching?
Fit check against your housing, then a media compatibility review for your fluid, concentration and temperature, then a sample trial. Track differential pressure rise and change-out interval against the element in service, and scale the order only after your team accepts the result.
What data or documentation is available?
This page publishes micron range, media codes, dimensions, end cap, seals, flow, pressure and temperature limits. Elements are produced in a cleanroom, integrity-tested and made under ISO 9001, and Pullner tests membranes in-house on an SEM resolving to 3 nm. Ask engineering which records accompany your order.
What are the limits on temperature, pressure and chemistry?
Maximum temperature is 80°C. Maximum differential pressure is 4 bar at 21°C, falling to 2.44 bar at 80°C. Flow runs from 1 to 50 GPM. Chemical compatibility depends on the fluid, its concentration and temperature, so the media code is confirmed before quoting. Liquid service only.
What is a high capacity filter element?
It is an element sized to hold more contaminant before it needs changing, so a high-flow line stops less often. The 130 Series does this with a 130 mm outer diameter in 10" and 20" lengths, rated 0.1–100 µm and 1–50 GPM.
Which media code should I specify?
PFL is hydrophobic PTFE, PFLH is hydrophilic PTFE, EPS is PES and HPPV is PP. The right code depends on the fluid, its concentration and working temperature. Send the fluid data with your inquiry and engineering confirms the media code before quoting.
