The ultra-high dirt-holding capacity filter element belongs to the membrane filter cartridge family.
A single element delivers flow of over 200 L/min and a filtration area of more than 2 m², ensuring high throughput and strong dirt-holding capacity. This reduces equipment downtime caused by filter change-outs.
The cartridge has been pressure tested for high-pressure service. With its large filtration area, high flow rate, and high dirt-holding capacity, it offers a long service life and fewer change-outs.
Multiple filter media (PP, PES, PTFE) and pore ratings (0.02–90µm) are available, giving broad application flexibility.
The outer cage, center core, and end caps are manufactured from high-purity electronic-grade PP and joined by thermal welding. This ensures clean operation with no adhesive contamination.
