Process Water Filter Cartridge
Process water filter cartridge belong to pleated filter cartridge, The electronic grade material used in the process series filter element can effectively control the ion precipitation problem of filtration, and the pure polypropylene structure makes the filter element have a wide range of chemical compatibility. It can be applied to the filtration of most acids and bases, process water and organic solvents.

The process water filter range covers two main categories: wet-process water filters and FPD process filters.
Wet electronic chemicals are critical materials for the wet-process production of integrated circuits, discrete devices, display panels, solar cells, and other components.
The FPD wet process covers flat-panel LCD manufacturing, semiconductors, touch screens, metal plating, solar energy, PCB, LCD, and LED production.
As electronic component specifications tighten, so do the purity requirements for the electronic wet chemicals used across these industries.
To keep pace with continuous improvements in microelectronics processing, SEMI (International Semiconductor Industry Association) has standardised electronic wet chemicals into graded tiers based on metal impurities, particle size, particle count, and application scope.
Purity grade varies by application:
- Photovoltaics: generally G1 is sufficient.
- Display panels & LED: typically require G2 or G3.
- Integrated circuits: require G3 or higher; larger wafer sizes demand even higher purity, and 12-inch wafer fabrication typically requires G4 or above.
- Discrete devices: usually G2, slightly lower than ICs.
