PP Pleated Water Filter Cartridge
A PP pleated water filter cartridge is a type of water filter that uses polypropylene (PP) as the filtering material. PP is a type of plastic that is known for its strength, durability, and chemical resistance. PP pleated water filter cartridges are typically used in pre-filtration applications, where they remove large particles and contaminants from water.
PPL series pleated water filters are made of polypropylene, with high retention rate, high flow rate, high dirt holding capacity, high filtration efficiency and low cost.
With extensive chemical compatibility, used for filtering various acid base and solvent.

Biotech: Cell culture, direct flow filtration, process workflows, single-use solutions
Food & Beverage: Wine, beer, cider, distilled spirits, non-alcoholic drinks, dairy, food & ingredients, cannabis, utilities
Chemicals & Polymers: Process water, chemicals, petrochemicals
Microelectronics: Semiconductors, data storage, displays, graphic arts, photovoltaic
Oil & Gas: Upstream, midstream, downstream, EPC
Power Generation: Combined cycle plants, gas turbines, nuclear plants, steam plants, renewables
Desalination: RO plant pre-filtration
PP pleated cartridges work by passing water through layers of pleated polypropylene media. The pleats trap particles and contaminants as water flows through. Particle removal depends on the pore size of the PP media.
They are a popular pre-filtration choice because they effectively remove a wide range of particles and contaminants, are inexpensive, and require minimal maintenance.
