The multilayer Nano-fiber PP filter membrane effectively intercepts particles in colloidal liquids, making it ideal for filtering high-viscosity fluids with high solid content.
Filtration efficiency reaches 99.99%, ensuring consistent product quality. The multi-layer membrane structure combined with high-strength support materials allows the cartridge to withstand demanding high-viscosity filtration conditions.
Each cartridge is 100% flushed with deionized water before delivery to guarantee cleanliness. Typical applications include ultra-precision filtration of colloidal substances and high-viscosity, high-solid-content fluid streams.

The pleated filter cartridge — also known as a pleated water filter or pleated sediment filter — is one of our core products. PULLNER manufactures pleated cartridges to strict quality standards for long service life and lower cost-per-run.
Our pleated water filters use polypropylene (PP) membrane with non-woven fabric or PP mesh support layers. The outer cage, center core, and end caps are joined by thermal welding — no glue, no leakage, no secondary contamination.
Filtration ratings from 0.1µm to 60µm. Lengths of 10", 20", 30", and 40" with a range of connection adaptors. The pleated design provides low differential pressure, high flow rate, and long service life, making it an excellent choice for pre-filtration. The all-polypropylene structure provides stable performance and wide chemical compatibility.
The integral 20", 30", and 40" designs feature a one-piece outer PP cage for greater filtration area, higher strength, and longer service life.
