The electronic-grade precision filter element is used in semiconductor industries covering integrated circuits, data storage, flat panel displays, and photovoltaics, for filtration of chemicals, gases, ultra-pure water, CMP slurries, and photoresist.
Each filter type is offered in a range of materials, all built to strict product and quality-control standards. PULLNER manufactures these cartridges with PTFE, Polyarylsulfone, nylon, PVDF, polyethylene, and polysulfone, providing the right choice for each application.
The cartridge is specifically designed to limit iron extraction, meeting the strict requirements of chemicals and organic solvents used in the electronics industry.
Ultra-pure chemicals are foundational to semiconductor manufacturing. These specialty chemicals — acids, bases, alcohols, solvents, ketones — require filters with a wide range of chemical compatibility.
PULLNER produces these electronic-grade chemical filters in a controlled environment using state-of-the-art equipment, delivering ultra-clean filters with very low extractables and metal-ion content.
Every electronic-grade chemical filter is 100% integrity tested. Its broad chemical compatibility makes it suitable for wet etch solutions and wet etch cleaning (WEC) processes.
Particle retention efficiency reaches 99.99%. Pore sizes from 0.02µm to 10µm are available to suit different process requirements.
Hydrophilic PTFE membranes are available: although PTFE is inherently hydrophobic, the electronic-grade precision filter element uses a hydrophilic version that does not require pre-wetting.
Each element is independently integrity tested.
