Asymmetric PES Membrane Filter Element
The Asymmetric PES membrane filter element series filter element is an improved high-throughput sterilization filter cartridge, made of unique anti-pollution asymmetric Polyethersulfone (PES) membrane.
The asymmetric pore structure provides high throughput. The high flow rate makes strong dirt holding capacity, and longer service life than other similar products.

The asymmetric polyethersulfone (PES) pleated membrane microporous filter element uses a transparent amber amorphous PES resin known for heat resistance, dimensional stability, and chemical resistance.
PES also performs reliably under rapid temperature changes and shows strong long-term stability at high temperatures. Its combination of formability and performance makes it a widely used polymer across demanding filtration applications.
The filter membrane stack is built from folded polyethersulfone filter membrane paired with a diversion layer. In the A-type element, the end caps, shell, and center rod are polypropylene; in the B-type element they are PVDF, which allows use in high-temperature service.
All sealing surfaces use adhesive-free hot-melt welding, forming a fully unified seal that introduces no chemical contaminants.
