Pullner manufactures industrial filter cartridges and housings at a 15,200 m² plant in Shanghai, running 30+ production lines at 4,000+ elements a day. Every element is performance tested before it leaves the factory, with pore size and particle counts verified in an in-house SEM, PMI and ICP-MS lab, so the specification you order is the specification you receive. Nine ranges cover 0.1 to 100 micron for seawater desalination, power generation, petrochemical processing, food and beverage, pharmaceutical and microelectronics.

High Flow Filter Cartridges
High flow filter cartridges handle high-volume filtration. Flow rates reach 500 GPM. Ratings range from 1–100 µm. Large diameters reduce pressure drop and housing size.
Pleated Filter Cartridges
Pleated filter cartridges offer high surface area filtration. Ratings range from 0.2–100 µm. Pleated media improves dirt holding capacity and maintains low pressure drop.
String Wound Filter Cartridges
String wound cartridges use layered yarn for depth filtration. Ratings range from 1–200 µm. Graded density captures particles throughout the cartridge.
Membrane Filter Cartridges
Membrane filter cartridges provide fine surface filtration. Ratings range from 0.1–1.0 µm, enabling high particle retention and consistent filtration performance.
Melt Blown Filter Cartridge
Provides depth filtration for liquid processing. Ratings typically range from 1–100 µm, offering high dirt holding capacity and low pressure drop.
Stainless Steel Filter Cartridge
Handles high-temperature and corrosive filtration. Ratings range from 1–200 µm, offering durability, cleanability, and long service life.
Stainless Steel Filter Housing
Stainless steel filter housings support high pressure, wide temperature ranges, and standard 10″–40″ cartridges for industrial liquid and gas filtration.
FRP Membrane Housing
FRP membrane housings support RO systems with high pressure ratings, corrosion resistance, and compatibility with standard 2.5″–8″ membrane elements.
Capsule Filter Elements
Capsule filter elements seal a pleated element in a molded shell, 1 to 10 micron with NPT or Swage connections, for process and high-purity duties up to 100°C.
High Temperature Water Filter Elements
High temperature water filter elements use all-polyester media rated for 120°C continuous operation at 4 bar, for industrial hot water and hot process liquid systems.
