Single Bag Stainless Steel Filter Housing, P-SBF Series

A bag housing is a simple way to take bulk solids out of a liquid line at high flow with a single element. The P-SBF holds one size 1 or size 2 filter bag in a 219 mm outside-diameter stainless steel body, for lines running 100–200 GPM.

The housing does not set the micron rating. The filtration grade is chosen by the bag fitted, so the grade can change with the duty without changing the housing. Seals are offered in Silicone, NBR, Viton or EPDM, selected against the fluid and the operating temperature, and the housing has a temperature limit of 130°C. Pressure ratings of 6 bar and 10 bar are available. The listed certifications are ASME, GB/T 150 and ISO 9001, which matters when a project specification lists them.

Choose a single-bag housing where the solids load and flow rate suit one bag and the stage is mainly bulk protection. It sits in Pullner's carcasa del filtro de acero inoxidable range; for other housing types see the wider filter housing range. Send the duty point and the current housing model, and Pullner engineering will confirm size, rating and seal before quoting.

Características principales

• One bag, two sizes — takes a single size 1 or size 2 filter bag; the bag sets the micron rating.
• 100–200 GPM flow — sized for high-flow bulk solids removal with one element.
• 219 mm stainless steel body — 219 mm outside diameter.
• Pressure and temperature — rated at 6 bar or 10 bar, with a 130°C temperature limit.
• Four seal options — Silicone, NBR, Viton or EPDM, matched to fluid and temperature.
• Listed certifications — ASME, GB/T 150 and ISO 9001.

Aplicaciones

• Industrial water treatment — bulk solids removal ahead of finer cartridge or membrane stages.
• Process liquid lines — single-bag filtration at 100–200 GPM where the micron grade may change with the duty.
• System integrator skids and EPC packages — a single-bag stage where the project specification lists ASME or GB/T 150.

Who it is for

EPCs, system integrators and plant O&M engineers specifying a single-bag stage for industrial water or process liquid lines.

Can it replace our existing single-bag housing?

It can be reviewed as a replacement option. Send the current housing model, bag size, inlet and outlet connection details, pressure rating and footprint. Pullner confirms dimensional and connection fit before recommending a change.

How is it validated before switching?

Validation starts with a fit check on connections, footprint, bag size and pressure rating against your line. Pullner then confirms seal material against your fluid and temperature. Performance is judged on your own line with the bag grade you plan to run, and no parity with an incumbent housing is claimed before that.

What data or documentation is available?

The listed certifications are ASME, GB/T 150 and ISO 9001, and the published specification on this page covers flow, bag size, diameter, pressure rating, temperature and seals. Ask engineering for the certificate details your project documentation requires.

What are the limits?

The P-SBF is rated at 6 bar or 10 bar, with a temperature limit of 130°C and a flow range of 100–200 GPM. Seal choice sets chemical compatibility, so confirm Silicone, NBR, Viton or EPDM against your fluid at operating temperature.

What micron rating does a single bag stainless steel filter housing give?

None by itself. The housing holds one size 1 or size 2 filter bag, and the bag sets the micron rating. Tell us the particle size you need to remove and the fluid, and confirm the bag grade you plan to run, so the housing and seal can be matched to it.

What is the lead time?

The lead time is 25 working days. Send the duty point, fluid and current housing model with the inquiry so the quote reflects the right pressure rating, bag size and seal.
